Anne Surchin is the consumate professional. She is extremely intelligent and creative. She listens intently and is able to translate your vision into a magnificent architectural plan. Anne waved her magic wand and a tired old house became a beautiful residence. The entire house was gutted to the studs and 800 additlonal feet were added. A new state of the art kitchen and bathrooms were not only pleasing to the eye but very efficient. The open plan incorporated the waterfront and the luxuriant trees connecting the house to its scenic environment. We feel so fortunate to have found Anne to help us with an addition for our summer home in Greenport.
